Please join the Barony of Oldenfeld as we celebrate our Barony’s 21st Anniversary! This year we also have the joy and honor of celebrating the Investiture of Konrad Reinhard and Cristiana Hunter, our new Baron and Baroness! An investiture is a tradition and ceremony by which a Barony welcomes and formally recognizes its new leaders – a transfer of responsibility and stewardship to the new Baron and Baroness, who will be entrusted with the care of the Barony for the next 4 years. Come be a part of the celebration as we honor our past and look forward to the future of Oldenfeld under Konrad and Cristiana!
Come to Hunter’s Glade, a Robin Hood forest in Tallahassee, FL. Tent camping and RV’s are both welcome, or you may join us for Saturday where most of the activities will happen.
This is an event run by the Society of Creative Anachronism (SCA), a non-profit educational organization that focuses on experiencing all things medieval. Dress up in your best pre-17th Century clothing and jump into a world of knights and royals.
As an official SCA event, the only requirement to attend is to wear your best attempt at medieval clothing. This could be as simple as a T-shirt tunic or as extravagant as you want. Not sure what to wear? Contact the Oldenfeld Chatelaine for questions about the Gold Key loaner garb.

Dance around the maypole, a tradition as old as time, eschewing in the Spring season.
The current Baron and Baroness will ceremoniously step down and hand over the court to our incoming leaders. Afternoon Court will include Awards for the Championships and fanfare of the general community.
Members of the community will teach various classes based on their medieval interests. Check the full schedule for more information on classes.
For those new to the SCA and who would like to know more about the structure of our organization, Mistress Marie le Mains will hold two newcomer classes, one on Friday evening and one Saturday morning.
Join Robin Hood and his Merry Men as they champion the good people of Sherwood! Your little ones will not be left out of the festivities.
